Shooting with my 50-200mm

Commute - A full 200mm zoom of a stunning sunrise over the Humber. and Humber Bridge.

My most recent purchase lens wise has been the ‘Samsung NX 50-200mm F4-5.6 ED OIS III Telephoto Zoom Lens’ and I have been getting to grips with it. I am not going to give you a review of the lens as there are plenty out there if you search Google. I will say that it looks absolutely huge when on the NX1000, but compared to a standard DSLR 200mm lens its very compact, and very reasonably priced.

What I will do though is show you some of my recent shots captured with it, all these were taken with the NX1000. As you can see the results are all quite good!

The Other Side - Looking across the Humber towards the cityscape of Hull. This is at full 200mm.

Just the Moon - The obligatory moon shot, taken with a tripod obviously.

Humber Dawn - Only about 60mm zoom on this shot, but still I was finding the 50-200mm gave me plenty of framing options.

Going Up - You are looking here at a staircase on the outside of a rather large Mill in the city of Hull. Here I used the 200mm reach to isolate everything but what i wanted to capture.
